Been going there regularly every single day for &lt;strong&gt;ATLEAST&lt;/strong&gt; an hour.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;Am I losing weight?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nope…I’ve gained a kilogram though =\&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I went from 68 to 69 =(&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;which brings me to my second point about the diet…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;Have I been sticking to our lovely diet here?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;**PUTS HEAD DOWN IN SHAME**&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;no =(&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;butttttt butttttt butttttt!!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have an excuse!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You see, after I started going to the gym, I’ve realized that I’ve been eating nearly three times as much! Mo junk food or anything, bs ena I’ve been eating wayed wayed wayed!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My trainer told me its normal to overeat for a while until my body gets used to this new energy expenditure that it hasn’t been used to…f aim chillazing ;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bs el7amdella 9arly 2 days al7en ga3da akel nafs human beings mo starved African animals ;Pp&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I havent had any junk food for 2 weeks now!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And, apart from the snickers icecream that was calling my name from the freezer that I had yesterday, I havent had any chocolates since 2 weeks!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;Do I hear someone clapping?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Please?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyone?&lt;br there were no exams so i didnt eat my problems away ;Pp)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;at 12pm, i had a chicken ceasar salad and a choco chip cookie&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;at around 4pm, had a small serving of tabbouleh and yougurt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;at around 7pm, i have some guava and cucumbers (dont ask...they were the only things i could get my hands on ;Pp)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;oo now i had another bowl of green salad cz i was starving&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#ff0000;"&gt;SEEEEEEE?! no breaking diet!! me good! =D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br breakfast (or my morning coffee for that matter)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;at around 12, i had one of those retarded americana criossants (the only available edible thing bl hospital) and a yougurt and 3 packs of fat-free milk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;b3dain lma raddait elbait at around 4...i had some tabbouleh, m3 2 forkfuls (nafs fekrat spoonfuls ya3ny ;Pp) of spaghetti with veggies and SOME (ee not ONE) slices of grilled turkey&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;oo i figured enough for today chithee...maybe ill have some more milk or fruits later if i get hungry since i kinda just woke up oo the night is young ;Pp&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;not too bad for the first day i think =D&lt;br /&gt;bs hopefully bacher will be better! =)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;btw, borzaiga posted several ;Pp&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;oo b3dain, you combine that with 15 minutes of tummy crunches and sit ups in the morning before breakfast (if you cant do these, then 20 minutes of walking)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;oo again 15 minutes before you sleep!
