1pm --> skimmed latte + healthy turkey sandwich
7pm --> skimmed cappucino
9pm --> 5 fries (ee 3addait'hom!! ;Pp)


beat that!! ;Pp

oo ms. d --> ana mazef people! ana bas anzaf looooooooooool! 9adgeeny of all the people who have enough willpower to follow this diet, im not one of them ;Pp

oo standy...shrayech we weigh ourselves next saturday? 3shan it will be 2 weeks since we started ;)

Breakfast:
- hot water with lemon & honey
- mortadella sandwich( brown toast + fat free cheese)
- apple.

Lunch:
- 6 Mini grilled kofta
- steamed carrots

Now i'm starvinnnng , warana choco bar ya dana bacher :P

12:30 pm: skimmed vanilla milk frapuccino

3:30 pm: brown toast+light cheese+lettuce+tomato..+1 o robe3 baq9am;p

9 pm: tuna salad without dressing from starbux+ kiwi&pineaple juice

yesterday I had
- Grilled cheese on carboard thing for breakfast.
- A cup of tea.
- Another cup of tea.
- Again, grilled cheese on carboard thing cuz ma7abait el'3da
- Tea again
- Yummy steak for dinner <3

yeah w I excersised, im so sore today =s
