8 pm: 2 b.bar's mini burgers:S+5 tablespoon ceasar salad+ et7arasht eb my cousins's fries and brownie;/!

ok,, so you had 3 off days as i had 3 off days.. rememeber we are in this together, for better or worse.. now that we had our fun, its time to get back on track.. and this time no excuses.. yala i am feeling much better now and excited to start again..

bs madre asawe 1000 or 12000 calories... akon healthy wala akil junk shar6 akon within the calories limit :(

i was takin multi vitamins last 2 weeks.. bs i stopped them cuz shahety infat7at wayed 3al akil.. shakly barja3 akil 7bob vitamins a7san.. but ill watch wut i eat..
