day #1

mmm...

okay okay i admit shwaya 5arba6t...bs mo wayed


i was late for dawam so i didnt have any breakfast (or my morning coffee for that matter)

at around 12, i had one of those retarded americana criossants (the only available edible thing bl hospital) and a yougurt and 3 packs of fat-free milk

b3dain lma raddait elbait at around 4...i had some tabbouleh, m3 2 forkfuls (nafs fekrat spoonfuls ya3ny ;Pp) of spaghetti with veggies and SOME (ee not ONE) slices of grilled turkey

oo i figured enough for today chithee...maybe ill have some more milk or fruits later if i get hungry since i kinda just woke up oo the night is young ;Pp


not too bad for the first day i think =D
bs hopefully bacher will be better! =)

oo he also had this really nice idea oo left a comment on the previous post:

i drank my ice latte and chocolate milk KDD
and had eight pieces of sushi (salmon and tuna )
and now i am aiming for a salad for dinner

Love the walking idea but i just got a gym membership :)

Breakfast
Turkey Bacon
5 Green marinated olives

10:30 - 11:30 gym

Lunch
Shared some of baba's grilled fish, didnt like the lunch.
had about 3/4 of a cup (cake measurments not an actual cup:p) of black olives < mb channi wayed akl olives lol
English breakfast tea with sweet&low

3gb 3al m'3arb I had a large cup of green tea 3ashan a9797
& excersised, 10mins cycle, 15mins ball

For dinner I had lamb weya muttabal

12 pm:1 brown toast with a fat free cheese slice

3:30 pm: green salad

8 pm: grilled chicken

8:30: 7alawat gahwa s'3eeeera;$!;p

9:30: an apple!

and thats it for the day:@!

breakfast: i had what was there

Lunch: substituted salad for a special k bar

Dinner: 9booor and kithra with a salad

And i walked for half an hour at a speed of 7.0

7:30am cup of coffee, Nescafe latte

9:30am tea with toast and cheese fat free one

12:30pm lunch which was salad only

2:30pm orange

3pm coffee with milk

9:15pm half glass of pineapple and grapefruit juice.

Workout: played football for 1 1/2 hours..

try not to drink green tea late, because it has more caffine than the other teas & coffee
