day #4

another not so good one ;Pp

for fairness' sake, i blame maitha ;Pp

she said lma a5areb youm because of an exam, it will all go downhill from there...



well, it kinda did ;Pp


lets see:

1130am --> burger bun with french cheese with olives and drenched in olive oil ;Pp
(dont ask...i saw it in the fridge oo eshtahait'ha oo the burger bun was the only bun available nearby ;Pp)

5pm --> 1 9aj sandwich (the same length as half a french baguette) with mayo
(for fairness' sake, it was 9aj oo apart from the mayo, everything inside were veggies =D)

2 minutes ago --> 3 tomato slices

Etrayagt two of those tastless wasa carboard things w 7a6ait 3alaihum cheese. W sherabt english breakafst tea.

11 am
an earlyyyy lunch! kalt 6 pieces of chicken nuggets & a cup of tea no sugar, I use sweetner.

a second lunch.. maknt yoo3ana so kalt a chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms and i dunno what


Then I didnt like the dinner, so I had two of those cardboard things with cheese & cucumber


No excersise for me today, but im going to be boot camped tomorrow morning :p

10 am: nescafe

12:30 pm: choc mini bite

3:30 pm: half chicken sandwitch from caribou

8 pm: a cup of special k with skimmed milk and i lavache kerri:P

Hot water with lemon & honey.


3 pm:
- Green salad.
- Edamame with soya sauce.
- 5 pieces of sushi.

Greeen tea for now !

today was bad bad bad for meee

o woke up to chocolates..
bfast was cheese croissant
lunch was mushroom rissotto
snack was panda chocolate ely bil chyas.. the baby size
at 7: i had soft serve ice cream (L)
dinner at 10: nus khbz lebnany khafef with light cheese and 2 ma3mool ;p lesh ma3mool madree

so u see.. me good today.. 3ada the ma3mool.. the choco when i woke up and the panda choco :>

the ice cream WAS SO IN PLACE!!!
