day #2

lets see...

7am on the way to work 5athait grande mocha skimmed milk

at around 11am, had a green salad with fresh orange juice

then at 5pm had a tall skimmed cappucino with 2 brown sugars

oo b3dain at 8pm i had a small biscuit

oo tawwa now i had another bowl of green salad cz i was starving

SEEEEEEE?! no breaking diet!! me good! =D

**NOSE BECOMES LONGER**

confession: my baby bro was having dinner next to me ga3d yakel 5ubz with melted cheddar cheeeeeeeese..i nearlye cried wallah...so i stole a bit of his food lol ;Pp like i had a quarter of his 5ubza thing

i know im not sticking to the diet exactly bs this is kinjd of a hectic week for me oo i had an exam on wednesday, fa atleast im cutting down, mo? =D

my day 2:

8 am: nescafe

10 am: a brown toast+light cheese

1 pm: skimmed iced cafe latte+nuts&blueberry bar+3 spoonfulls of ceasar salad:$!

8 pm: grilled steak+ small ball of lettuce!

at work: chay latte lipton plus alf baskota bo sigayer.. o one finger galaxy senzi ;p

lunch: pumkin soup

snak: 4 ma3mols

dinner: skinny hot chocolate and mozarrela and peppers sandwich from coffee republic..

good tara for me not dieting :>

Day 2:

breakfast: toast with sylphide cheese

lunch: k-bar

Dinner at 5:30: mashawi, with 4 pices of fries!, with a salad,

then as a snack i had tea with biscuit

i drank two coffees bas without sugar and skimmed coffee mate

with a small piece of chocolate, the size of my finger tip,

i jogged for half an hour in mamsha bayan.

so, i did 5arba6t bas mo wayid, and i lost a kilo from yesterday!

about the group walk, everyday at 7:30 in mishref's mamsha sounds good?

doni, at least you are DOING something...
lets see, day 2 was NOT GOOD AT ALL... my whole day was upside down so i didnt have proper schedule of proper food to eat..

7:30 am coffee latte
8:30 am 1 date and arabic coffee
9:30 am 2 crackers
12pm lucnh, shwatat rice and something suppose to be veggie
5:00pm half pears and hlaf apple
8:00pm brown bread with zero fat cheese

Ms.D LOOOOOOL OMG I WILL SO DO THAT IF MY JINI WILL LEAVE MY BODY AND I WILL BE THIN LOOOL.. wallah tha7aktini.. o ba3deen how come you are eating all that?? i thought we agreed majeeeda needs to GO and she wont go with what you are eating!!!!
if i was in kuwait i would have walked with you =)

I have a confession to make... hehe (y3ny embarassed)

I haven't started yet... my exam was on sunday :( :( so I didn't want to have chocolate withdrawal symptoms in the exam hall...

I'm going to SUltan center tomorrow to buy me healthy food and starti the diet enshallah :D
